Bubbles up or Bubbles down?

Just recieved my solar cover delivered from you - excellent fast service - is it bubbles up or down please
Also -is this just a thick bubble wrap, or is there something special about it?

Glad you are happy with our service, the bubbles go down! that way the water is in contact with the larger surface area to benefit from the green house effect of each bubble.
